Woden
I've heard it from a few guys that this year's schedule is going to be a tough one. The non-conference games are -Central Washington (A) -Winchester (H) -Winona State (A) -Western Washington (H) In that order, with Ferris State (H) mixed in with the conference schedule. Hansel
Winchester or West Chester?
UND92,96
I don't know that playing two road non-conference games is a good idea. I had assumed that Central Washington would be dropped from the schedule, and perhaps an NSIC team would be added as another home game. But perhaps it gets too expensive to be paying that many guarantees in one year.
Woden
Winchester or West Chester? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Thank you. My mistake. West Chester. In my opinion, this could be one of the toughest schedules ever at UND.

I thought we were playing BJ and Hawkeye's tent mate after Frank left.

Riverman
Oh- do I see a road trip Oct 15 happening!!!! I suppose UMD will make us sit at the very top of the bleachers just like at the DECC for hockey.
UNO Rules
The UNO vs. UND game has become quite a game in recent years and I don't see that changing next year. Want to go to a game at the Alerus Center real bad but October 29th is the wife's birthday. If I want to stay married I better listen to it on the radio. bigmrg74
I'm still scraching my head over how you guys get Ferris to come to the Alerus two years in a row. Just goes to show how bad the AD is up there in Big Rapids.

As long as that doesn't involve a sporting event in her eyes. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Why not set her up for some pampering while you'll be at the game?? Surely there has to be some sort of a spa in Grand Forks where she can get massages, skin treatments, mud baths, manicures and the like. There, you treat the missues right, get her all pretty, which can be very good for you, and while she's doing that, you get to watch the game. RD17
West Chester is a member of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC). The coaches in that conference are unionized and have just voted to authorize a strike if a new contract isn't agreed upon by this fall. This would of course mean no football for the schools in that conference and would mean that the UND/West Chester game for September 3rd would be wiped out. UND would then not have a home game until week four (9/17). The people I have talked to say a strike is a very real possibility at this point, so it's something UND fans need to keep an eye on as the season approaches.
