cberkas Posted May 19, 2018 Author Posted May 19, 2018 I don’t think the refs want to call anything on the Jets. Quote
cberkas Posted May 19, 2018 Author Posted May 19, 2018 Just now, sioux rube said: Vegas goes up 3 games to one. Who knew? With the year they are having I had to go with them. They should be perfect at home if it wasn’t for that no goal. Quote
cberkas Posted May 19, 2018 Author Posted May 19, 2018 The usual whining about the refs are the reason Vegas won the game on Twitter. Hard to argue that when the Jets had more power plays. Quote
Shawn-O Posted May 19, 2018 Posted May 19, 2018 It’s remarkable what Vegas is doing. Fleury the new Conn Smythe leader in the clubhouse, but I still think Winnipeg has a shot at this. Quote

SWSiouxMN Posted May 19, 2018 Posted May 19, 2018 Fleury is the biggest reason why they are up 3-1, but a few other factors 1) Vegas has had very quick responses to Jets goals 2) Vegas has cashed in on every big mistake the Jets have game in Games 2-4 3) Helle does not look like the same goalie he was against Nashville. Very unsure of himself, especially when handling the puck. Don't get me wrong, a vast majority of the credit should go to MAF and Vegas in this series. The Jets are doing things and making terrible mistakes they haven't been doing in these past 3 playoff games that have cost them dearly. Only Silver lining right now for Winnipeg is they are going back home. At some point, if the Jets are truly going to win this series, Helle needs to steal at least one game and they need to get back to the play that made them successful in the Nashville and Minnesota series. and yes, solve the MAF puzzle. They are not directly attacking the puck; they're making Hellebuyck think and make a play instead of just reacting. Quote

A lot of credit has to go to Gallant and his coaching staff. Jets looked gassed at the end of that game last night. Big Buff especially. He had a terrible game overall. Quote

cberkas Posted May 19, 2018 Author Posted May 19, 2018 Jets should put in Poolman and play Buff at forward. At some point in the near future Buff isn't going to be on the blueline. 1 Quote

cberkas Posted May 19, 2018 Author Posted May 19, 2018 Caps are trying to lose this game. Goalie is behind the net with the puck and the for checker turns the other way. Quote
