It's a good atmosphere and there might be a few other Sioux fans there as well. But If you really want to stay downtown, you could try the Pourhouse. It's essentially a sports bar until about 9:30 when it turns into a nightclub. I've watched a UND hockey game there once. I called ahead and made sure they had channel the game was on and that they'd be willing to give me a TV. They won't give you one of their big screens, but they'll probably give you a TV behind the bar. I'd recommend getting there early and tipping well.
