brianvf Posted October 11, 2014 Posted October 11, 2014 Crazy night for hockey. A lot of traditional powers getting taken out by lower-ranked teams. Eichel appears to be quite good, as expected. 2g/2a for him tonight in a 8-1 win. Quote
Godsmack Posted October 11, 2014 Posted October 11, 2014 Can't tell if CC is that bad or Huntsville is that much improved (probably a degree of both). I liked CC's compete level in periods 1 and 3 but I liked Huntsville's compete level in period 2, particularly considering how they came back from a 2-0 hole. Overall, still some lapses in CC's play but definitely saw a generally higher level of intensity last night than last season (early I know but...). Quote
MafiaMan Posted October 11, 2014 Author Posted October 11, 2014 RPI over Notre Dame, Colgate over St Cloud, and Bemidji State over UND were three big road victories in college hockey last night. Quote
