UND92,96
Has anybody heard anything about what prompted the Southwest State women's coach to resign? He was quite successful, and you very rarely see a coach resign from his or her current job without having another job lined up. Presumably, he was forced out, but I have no idea for what reason(s). ndsu92
For anyone going through withdrawls of not seeing some basketball for a while, Baagasan and Kimbrough will be team mates playing in the Section 8 All-Star game at Bemidji State on Wednesday, the 27th, at 6:30pm. Might be fun to see a glimpse of things to come!!

I don't remember her name but she is supposed to be very good!
UND92,96
Whitney Ledger played very well in the Lion's all-star games this week. Last night she scored 15 points and had 13 rebounds to lead the Class A team to a win, and she also scored 15 points and had 10 boards in the Tuesday game. UND92,96
I posted this in a different thread about a month ago, but here is some information about Jossy Bergan (and her AAU teammates) from an article posted in May: link. At Valley City last year, she averaged 16.1 points per game, and is a pretty good 3-point shooter.

UND92,96
Anyone know Maffin's status, if she is even trying to play this year? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I haven't heard anything, but I would kind of expect that she'll take a red-shirt year. Hopefully, between Jahner (when she's not playing the point), Guinn, Beck and Bagaason, the wing positions should still be pretty solid. UND92,96
Do we know if Danye Guinn is 100% recovered from her injury? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> If I remember correctly, Roebuck said on one of the last coaches' shows last spring that she was nearly 100% at that point, so barring some sort of aggravation or re-injury, she should be ready to go now.
