jimdahl
Since there's no good reason to fire the coach this week, and all players are currently accounted for, how about something on the lighter side. There's some debate going on in the WSJ barns thread... what do YOU think of REA's smell?
dj_hoime
There is nothing like it! Best smell in the world!
Big A HG
Ditto...best smell in the world. It is very unique to the Ralph, and everytime I smell it I know I'm walking in a building that is very special, no matter what time of year, because the smell is there year-round. tho0505
I'd love to wear something called "The Ralph." My wife would love that one. How about "The Diarrhea?"

The Gofs are marketing a new cologne for the smell of Mariucci...It's called 'Desperation'...

Frozen4sioux
The odorous samplings of nuts and siouxper dogs wafting through the air are nice, however in a true intimate hockey sense, A slight increase of the classic hockey bag aroma would add to the ambience of true fans. Possibly they could duct in a small air retun from the equipment room into the main HVAC lines? Just for hockey of course, wouldn't want to offend the delicate nasal palette of the concert goers or wedding receptions.

talksalot83
When I go into the Ralph during the summer I always think it's the smell of hockey season. I love it!
jimdahl
I'm telling you, it's a genuine phenomenon. http://twitter.com/estromgren/statuses/41967874646081536 - visiting reporter from Bemidji St. I don't think any hockey arena in America smells better than the Ralph
