Finally got a chance to work on it today. Yesterday's storms put a damper on doing on work. Give me another hour or two and it should be done.

I definitely in need of a new background. The picture of Frattin leveling Alt is getting a little old...!

The inspiration from this one came from Reebokhockey.com. I had to improvise due to the limited photos I have for use, so it's similar but not identical in style to those. All-in-all, it turned out pretty decent I think.

Thanks for all the support from everyone.

nice work!

I really like the calendar on the blood wallpaper... I use rainlendar on my desktop and am thinking about making a skin that looks like that. Did you make it from scratch or is there somewhere I can find it?

I made it from scratch. Wasn't too difficult. Just did a rounded square and set the transparency to whatever looks best, then add the numbers, lines, etc. The reason that I haven't done it more is because I get lazy and it gets a bit time consuming.

lol, thanks. that was the reason I was asking...I was hoping to avoid the work to make it myself from scratch :-) I don't mind so much the graphics part but I'm such a novice with the programming part...figuring out how to get the days, months, etc. to line up correctly using x and y values and how to line up the icons etc. with that is the time consuming headache. Anyway, thanks for getting back to me...and thanks for the wallpapers.

Sorry if I missed it, but did the Standard screen versions come out?

:D No, just never got around to it. Life gets in the way sometimes. I promise they'll be there for March.

Thinking about going retro again in the next batch. Just gotta learn a little geometry (<---hint) first. ;)

Shortest Distance between two points is a straight line and that is all that I got for ya!;)

Very excited to hear it, as I loved the December wallpaper!

OK, so I lied. I liked a photo John Dahl took so much I had to use it right away. So, thank John for the wonderful image he captured of Jason Gregoire for March's edition. :) He is an awesome photographer, I must say. This is one of my favorite wallpapers. It's pretty simple, but there was a lot of hidden work in making the background from scratch. I could have kept going infinitely with little details here and there, but I'm pleased with the final result.

I think I'm going to start skipping the Standard sized screens, unless I get enough people that want them (let me know if you do). No calendar this month due to a limited known schedule.
