When is the prospects game with a bunch of our recruits?  Is it being streamed anywhere?  Assuming it is soon since players gone from their junior team rosters.

Brock Schultz has been ripping it up lately with 2 goals and 2 assists more tonight.  Makes you wonder if the new Waterloo staff didn’t utilize or appreciate him like Smaby and Chyzyk did.  Went from little offensive output to producing consistently.  From .33 points per game with 1 goal 3 assists in 11 games with Waterloo to 1.45 ppg on 10 goals, 6 assists in 12 games with Sioux Falls.  Pretty stark difference.

Just a snipe on that goal.
Kid is looking like the top offensive dman in the WHL at this point, and there's quite a few studs in the mix.
Can't wait to see him in the green-n-white next season.

Simpson seems similar to Zellers where mostly his shot gets talked about but is also a very solid setup man as well.

Pundits are gushing about MacKenzie's talent & versatility, & in the article below, the author said he has a strong claim to be the best D in the WHL this year. He stated also that MacKenzie is still eligible for the '26 draft, but I don't see him rated by any of the draftboards as to what round he may be picked. If anyone knows why he's not being discussed as to where he may be picked when he's still draft eligible, chime in.

3rd time draft eligibles don't get discussed much unless they're putting up all worldly numbers and scouts really push for that guy. MacKenzie will likely get put into the 3rd-5th round range if he keeps this pace up now.
