FSSD Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 OK - again the little things... Dressler letting the punt roll cost them a FG opportunity and then the punter drops the ball - that is how you lose games. Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 Do these guys STILL not know that they should just dive on the ball? Yes, they recovered and the sioux player ended up down on the turf, but only because he tripped. He was trying to just pick it up and run. FALL ON THE BALL! Quote
FSSD Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 Yes, forced fumble the D line... number 99 is a stud Quote
FSSD Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 Sioux at the 35 and driving.. Bamba has not been seen in the passing game... I think poly is rolling cover deep... need to keep looking across the middle.. Landry must be a little quicker than I thought.. Quote
siouxforeverbaby Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 46 seconds and 10 yards to go!!! That scared me! They were at the 18yd line on my radio when I read that! Quote
FSSD Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 Goska is in the game now... ball at the 7... come we need a TD - YES TD... Quote
Hambone Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 Well, I'm listening to Cal Poly's radio and we're at the 30 right now - now down to the 10. Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 Cal Poly leads 17-14 :40 left in the 2nd quarter Quote
darell1976 Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 I am watching the game on FCS! Thank you for the tv deal. Quote
FSSD Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 Poly 17 and UND 14 with 33 seconds left in the half... come on DDD Quote
Hambone Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 TD just scored on my feed - doesn't sound loud in there at all. Anyone know attendance? Quote
jimdahl Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 That was the drive we needed. After that horrible "punt" and it seemed all but certain CP would score, turning it around and putting together a real drive down the field is a big boost. I never know how to feel after these halves where one or two key mistakes undone would completely change the game. Happy that we're playing well enough to still be right in it, but disappointed in the missed opportunity to have a lead. Quote

darell1976 Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 UND needs to force more turnovers and Landry needs to keep up the scrambling and don't throw any picks. Quote
siouxforeverbaby Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 Haven't heard, but on the tv there are lots of people dressed as Alerus Center seats for Halloween (hope no one's made that joke yet ) Student Section looks mostly empty and they don't even have a good excuse today! The game wasn't at 1pm, so it wasn't too early for them and it is too early for them to be at the bars yet....most parties won't kick off until later. Quote
jodcon Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 Halftime. Sioux only down by 3. Don't have the game but from all your posts sounds like they could have been ahead right now except for a few stinky plays and kicks. Quote
