Why is there a thread about anybody's schedule but UND or Great West teams (current) on this board.

On the Dan Hammer show Wednesday, just after the NDSU press conference, Bohl said they were talking with 3 or 4 schools, but that a deal was ready to be inked with one of them shortly(within a week?).

I'll try not to contaminate the UND Schedule thread anymore.

Does anybody know or remember just how good Carson Neuman was the year they played the Bison? I really don't care what they did previous years. NDSU usually bases everything about the strength of their schedule on what teams did in the past and not how strong they actually were the year NDSU plays them. NDSU fans are apparently worried that our schedule isn't tough enough. They usually say we don't try to schedule good teams. This year we tried our best to get as tough of schedule as possible. Some of those tough teams were even penciled on the schedule till they backed out on us. I think they need to stop worrying about us. For all the spouting off their doing, their having a hard time filling their own schedule right now . There done with transition and the mighty bison can't fill there own schedule. Maybe they should worry more about themselves and less about UND.

Carson-Newman was 9-3 in 2004, and made the playoffs..............Just like Winona St. !

NDSU has to schedule a few non-conference turds to make up for the tough Gateway schedule. Kinda like Florida with their SEC schedule.

USD released their 2008 and 2009 schedules. While their 2008 schedule is nothing to write home about, their 2009 schedule is looking good.

USD's 2009 schedule:

Home: McNeese State, Southeastern Louisiana, Southern Utah, UC Davis, West Texas A&M and William Penn

Away: Cal Poly, North Dakota, Northern Colorado and Northern Iowa.

I'll bet UND's 2009 schedule will look good too. Big difference scheduling as a counter to FCS teams.
