Why couldn’t they just add hockey with out dropping soccer?

It’s not all about the athletic programs! Academics is important too. Who doesn’t love another doormat!

Boise would be pac12 if it wasn’t such an unimpressive academic institution …

Colorado State and Boise are nowhere near on the same level of universities. CSU blows Boise out of the water. They would be pac10 or big 12 before dropping down.

I would think all would think about it if it was FBS except Boise and Wyoming even though those schools are are the same academic level as the rest. USD and ISU are not quite ready for FBS. All these teams could be in this opportunity if the MWC gets poached. Utah State would also be bottom tier mwc

We just need something cool. I’m a fan of the green just not the current design. We could lose the FH logo too and maybe have a throwback set of uniforms?!?!? We need a special edition helmet, the kids getting recruited eat that up! And so do the fans who buy merchandise!

Never listened to Knox , not now or back in college. Am am a big listener to kfyr and the flag. A channel focused on UND sports and grand forks is something I’d listen to.

Did he have some off field issues? Z would have played more last year if we hadn’t stayed healthy the majority of the year. That won’t happen to the backfield every year so we need to have depth ready. Z can be the guy but we still need others ready to go.

Wouldn’t lindenwood or SEMO want to stay in the OVC because of its tight footprint of poor schools? we need to focus on the schools in the MVFC and maybe N CO before we go fishing for a D2 school. I do think UMD and Mankato are ready for D1 if they wanted it

He is even more ripped than last year! Guy is getting stronger ever since he graduated!

UND Athletics is dying in ND. The green and gold is all you see in stores across the state. UND leadership, alumni and fans need to be worried that the school is turning into the second tier university in the state. The logo doesn’t help either….

He is up to 305 so something is happening to get up to that weight. Dining hall or weight room? According to some posters it could never be the strength and conditioning program…

Last year we complained he didn’t scramble enough and take the yards when he can. He fixed that last season and brought another dimension. We all just need to complain enough that he doesn’t take deep shots so that he can prove us wrong on that too. Tommy can only play better next season, I have 100% faith

Are we really that thin at RB? Other than a bowling ball short down back I’m pretty confident with the guys we have. Ziebarth and Smith can handle the workload. Skokna and red bring another scat look. Depth would be nice but we don’t need a guy to step in to start day 1 like hoosman. The Oline is more important for the run game.

Yeah we are, just one poster wants other schools to drops what we have and add new sports which is never going to happen so this thread is pointless

No one in the Summit is going to get rid of existing sports to add some with no history or recruiting base. this thread shouldn’t be about the Summit sponsoring football and hockey!
