Citizens of grand forks shouldn’t have to fund this while they get tax breaks and if it goes south they are stuck should be a bond placed so if it goes under the bond covers the cost of improvements

Reading articles about eaglestaff a lot of why he chose Und is its close so his mother can watch him play. Also he wants to carry on the legacy of his uncle at Und. He seems to have thought this thru and I commend him for that. I hope the transition to d1 basketball will be easy for him. I’m sure the staff will be working with him this summer to get him ready.

I see this as a mistake transition to college is hard for students and to play d1 basketball is tougher yet. leaving her friends, her parents and missing a year of high school will be tough lets see where she is a year from now
