When is the last time UND beat NDSU on an ND recruit? Weston Dressler is the last player I can think of.
Or a better question; when is the last time you signed up on a message board with a username that grammatically made sense?

Let's face it, for a school in eastern ND, your primary area for recruiting (outside of ND) will be MN, WI, IA, SD, IL, NE. I'm not sure how you expect to have major recruiting success vs. SDSU, USD, UNI and other teams that sit and play in that recruiting area. A result of playing in the BSC will be having some struggles with recruiting those states vs. teams playing closer than you play. Of course, recruiting CO, UT, CA, WA, OR ect. . . is no picnic for a team sitting in eastern ND either.
Something to think about.
Some kids may like the idea of road trips to the coast, or playing games in the mountains, versus going to Macomb or Youngstown.

UND has gone away. SDSU and UNI out recruit you in addition to NDSU.
In addition, the fact that UND plays in the big sky will continue to hurt them in recruiting.
So do all 2011 of you get together and decide as a group what to post on siouxsports.com?
Or do you take turns? Or is there a hierarchy? Do the fast food restaurant Asst. Managers of the group assume leadership and have the final say as to what gets posted? Inquiring minds want to know.

No, because I don't read your posts or this Forum enough to know that you were attempting sarcasm, so I am sorry about that.
We do this on BV for sarcasm. In fact, I suggested it a few years ago so misinterpretation/understanding of posts could be minimized.
So.... BV has a "Sarcasm for Dummies" code......

Dupree had to throw a shot up or the shotclock was going to expire. I would think Jones would be happy the kid threw up a shot instead of prolonging the
gameagony by taking a shotclock violation. -
You get what you pay for. I can't search on my phone for the actual numbers, but Jones is one of the lowest paid coaches in the Big Sky. So, should anyone be surprised by the products of his tenure
He's doing a good job of making sure he's not underpaid.

I hope if/when a new name is chosen, it has nothing to do with native culture. It's been made clear at standing rock they do not want to be affiliated or recognized at UND. The relationship is over; please, let it die.

Why are you so determined to drag all of us along on a Kamikaze mission that will accomplish nothing more than causing more damage on the school and teams we all love? I don't like what has happened anymore than you, but as Kenny Rogers once said, "You've got to know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em, know when to walk away and know when to run." Obviously you haven't learned the difference between all of those.

No, just saying you have to be on a successful team in order to get these kind of awards.
My opinion is if you're on a successful defense, you should get recognized regardless of your offense.
These awards are a joke. I bet if the same people who voted on these individual awards would have voted for a best team defense award, UND wouldn't have made their top 5.
