I have a few friends that played for NDSU, but who UND wanted bad. One was recruited under Lennon and the other 2 under Muss.
What Joe Glen said closely resembled what they told me about their visits with UND. They said more time was spent trying to convince them why NDSU and SDSU sucked rather than time spent discussing the program at UND.

A 20 oz Mountain is $1.69 at Holiday! Nevermind the whining about gas prices, did ISIS blow up a PepsiCo pipeline somewhere?
I've always found it interesting...... a gallon of fuel that propels a 6000# vehicle down the road at 80mph, and requires a journey to the center of the earth to obtain, followed by a complicated refining process, goes up in price a few dimes and it's a national travesty.
Yet no one seems to mind paying $8 a gallon at the same store for water, that some guy just bucketed out of a stream and ran thru a filter.

Like I said, it is $81 a barrel right now and $3.14!!!
Groceries haven't exactly gone down either, despite ag commodities about half price of a couple years ago. In both instances the consumer gets used to the new price level, and the middle men roll in the money.
There is a supposed fuel shortage locally, which is serving as an excuse for why prices are staying high.

I didn't realize anyone could use footage first used by the government, for whatever they wish. That doesn't seem right. Wouldn't it be easier and avoid any backlash, to find 4 people in favor of a measure, stick them in a boat, and tell them to wave and smile?

Another hijacked thread but what the heck. The reality is you can't come onto another fan bases site, publicly state you hate their team and hope they lose every game, have a majority of your posts being smack or helpful "reality checks" and then think you will be welcomed when you do have an occasional comment that is just part of the conversation. The problem is we all know you are two-faced.

I think it all depends on whether or not it's a close game. All of the teams in the MV FC are vastly superior to anyone in any other conference, as is pointed out on this website at least 100 times per month.
During the conference regular season, MVFC basically stands for Moral Victory Football Conference. If ya keep it close, you don't drop much in the polls.

trolling is one thing but name calling should be dealt with immediately. Sic is nice to throw out warnings here and there so hopefully we can have a respectful conversation...or close to it.
Oh, I get it now; trolling is fine, but calling out the trollers is not tolerated.
With this type of policy, I hope no one wonders why some of the football threads have 30 - 40% of their posts from bison fans. Good grief.

An interesting article on ethane crackers from a Pittsburgh paper, Four separate cracker plants may be built in the Pittburgh area to handle much of the ethane from the Marcellus and Utica formations. The article implies that tens of thousands of manufacturing jobs could result from one cracker plant, if related infrastructure in other industries is built. But North Dakota has a history of exporting raw materials like polyethylene pellets, so that's a huge task in a lightly populated area.

How about Seminals. We could have a hairy sack with two bulges for a mascot. Bring Tom Green and Lance Armstrong in for cancer awareness campaigns. Our opponents could taunt us with vasectomy chants. After a loss, coach could go on and on about how the freshmen didn't drop. Cheer and dance teams could dress up in slick white bodysuits and squirm around.
Well now we're getting somewhere.

This is the second time BisonAlumni 11 has ruined this thread. That takes talent.
As I stated earlier, if you have the pulse of the bison faithful as you claim in that the Bisons don't want the game, why don't you put pressure on your new AD to buy out the game? Why are you coming on SiouxSports to complain about playing UND, when YOUR AD set the terms of the deal?
