Thanks... I have helped reset many dislocations... years ago, no sedation but maybe a shot of Demerol.. wrap the draw sheet around the chest... the doctor pulls on the arm and the nurse pulls the opposite way with the draw sheet... pops in! Many baseball injuries.... The shoulder separation is a little tricky... I remember old doctors doing a physical exam, no x-ray, apply a sling and wait for it to heal... And again... the UND physicians were always tops, absolute best... a pleasure to work with!

That mental attitude is so important... Better Together has chapters of small groups of people with the right attitude making huge changes...

I will read both... also Better Together about the value if social capital and Bowling Alone when there is NO social capital. Both are by Robert Putnam... a Catholic priest and professor somewhere... both are like 20 years old... The books may help me with our no plans just react lifestyle here... I would have an annual plan for how much TP we need. Can’t wait to read them. Do we buy copies of your books and mail them? Jon Gordon also writes good stuff for positive attitudes for sports teams...

Granted I do not know as much about the fine points of the game... but the games I watched Southpaw is spot on about their front line getting to our LB... that is something a mama can see. As to S & C and what they eat (who really knows), I only know after his freshman year my son was unchanged... after his sophomore year, he came home and his neck was thick requiring different dress shirts. He was redshirted... he did appear to “bulk up” to me. The first year he played varsity football in HS, he started his own diet... he ate 3 loaves of bread a day. Never said anything to me or his father... younger siblings complained there was no bread in the morning for toast... finally one told us about the 3 loaves a day....so I would think UND is better than 3 loaves of bread a day!

Don’t know so much about other years but this bad karma has to stop... fresh, young enthusiastic recruits and then there is a disconnect.... our national award winning band director (with 190kids in band) told me “Kids will handle discipline if it is fair. Unfair then there is no discipline.” He suspended his own kids when he got caught smoking... We need some firmness and someone to establish a level of the limbo bar... for all players. That should include discipline for cocky behavior.... is there a bouncer in our coaching staff???.

I am in Iramurphy’s bus... not sure the purpose ore here it is going or who is driving... keep me posted.

And Bubba should not HAVE to do that high profile promotion..... that is a UND Athletics non-coaching job. Someone needs to major promote UND....

Attendance and the “game day experience” go hand in hand wasn’t the Chamber big in UND football? Is there a visitor’s bureau? need to cast a big net to improve the experience..

Anatomically speaking, from a professional nurse standpoint, I would say about the size of a standard marble. But I am only guessing and may be too generous. Do the JuiceU products increase size there too? Just wondering....

Well does anyone listen to the GOBC, fans, or the public? We seem to have wonderful recruits and then there is a disconnect... not sure where. Last week I wanted to order 2 cases of beer and 4 pizzas and lock us 7 council members in a room to duke it out. I mean seriously let’s make some decisions and stand behind them... same with this. Determine a focus, put $$$ behind it an get ‘er done. You know people are PAID to do this...no consultants... just make decisions...
