I was driving on the freeway listening and the announcers were so descriptive with that fumble and subsequent TD!!! I was like visioning the play…pay attention to your driving Mama!!!
Well some colleges (I no longer follow pro football) do not take the field until after the National Anthem. Then there is no issue about kneeling/not kneeling.
How about food trucks, give aways like water bottles, a pre-game food happy hour at concessions, roving reporters for social media posts… is this something a marketing person could figure out?
need game day hype, IMHO
You know…I am old and I have always thought experience is important. It still is but I think I would like to see an AD, maybe mid-30s or so, with some real passion for UND. The innate abilities to do the job and then polish him/her off to be a real gem. The importance of networking in the community and the role of technology. Maybe even a home grown AD who would be on a first name basis with the extended community. Not a GOBC guy who will meet up with friends at conferences and reminisce.
just saying….
True….
Also, IMHO RT handed DL a hard working, motivated team with a passion for winning. A passion that was team-wide not a few players. DL had little building to do. Bubba has had to build and rebuild. Then throw in an off-the-field event every 3 years….
Best facilities in the country? Have you been to any facilities in the south? What is that college in ???Washington with the Nike facility? Just saying there are several colleges that could make that statement.
