Denver would be nice for the UND hockey series at Denver and Colorado College. Also, a good alumni base in Denver probably would like to fly direct for a weekend series in GF. Also thinking other Summit League sports. Small demand, but would be nice for those that’d utilize it. It could also help UND teams recruit California more as you can get to around 20 CA airports through Denver.

Kansas State was very strong against the run last season. I do think our O Line will make some holes for the RBs, but the QB will need to make some throws and beat them with his feet from time to time.

7 DTs on the roster, 2 of them being true freshmen and 1 being a converted OL. Wonder if Vig will play on the inside from time to time? I would guess they’re going to need at least one of the true freshmen LBs to play a good amount, at least on special teams.

Really hope this team can stop the run. A top 3 MVFC team against the run should be an annual thing. I’m still a bit worried about the depth at DT and LB. The secondary should be pretty good, but will depend on the guys up front stopping the run and getting to the QB.

Fall camp week!!

I think if it’s close in fall camp between Jerry and JTJ, JTJ has the edge with his feet and will also hopefully be able to use his size similar to Q in short yardage situations.

The offense will hopefully be able to run the ball very well, which should take some pressure off whoever the QB will be. IMO the direction of this season will be determined by 1) DL play 2) QB play 3) LB play

Great post! Downtown and campus are crazy nice these days for sure. The new Altru Sports Complex (indoor turf, pool, pickleball, etc) and Children’s Museum will both be along interstate, helping spruce up that area a little and adding more amenities to the city. There is also a proposed top golf like development at Ray Richard’s being considered.
