NMSU has guaranteed home games against UNM and UTEP in alternating years. Those are big price games,, as they attract a lot of UNM and UTEP fans. NMSU can't hose those games if they go FCS.
-
Bizonville is like a three story outhouse with you trolls having offices at the main level where are the splats happen. You don't intervene their when people's heads get hit, but you trolls sure like to sling crap here.
-
So you deny that bozoville exists?

Belmont is the team preferred for the Horizon 11th spot. Another Kentucky school could be in line for the 12th. Belmont wants the Horizon because it already has its men soccer team there and the Great Lakes is where a bunch of wanna be Belmont music students come from that can afford private tuition. The Horizon does nothing for NMSU, doesn't help recruit students or athletes or help alumni. The rumors are just a concoction to make the other WAC schools flee to the Big Sky, and then the Big Sky FBS wannabes go to the WAC without the non football schools.
-
Like the Slummit starting football, which was promised for UND to join. FCS is not desired by schools that want to be something when they grow up. Contrary to conventional Fargo wisdom.
-
Quite confident. The Slummit only has six baseball teams and can't get another school playing baseball. The Slummit is toast when the next baseball school moves, unless the Slummit can bribe SIU-E to move or move football internally, in which NDSU and SDSU fans wound march personally to Douples office in suburban Chicago threaten all his donuts.

The fall season of 2018 is getting closer! Idaho's recanting of FCS is the only thing that needs to happen soon. Why aren't a bunch of UND trolls decending on bozoville to ridicule the NDSU to Big 12 move?
-
The NCAA rules already allow the WAC to transition FCS teams to FBS. No new rules are required. Just knew that the Big Sky was preparing for some schools to move to FBS, and with the WAC that is entirely in the existing rules. Idaho and NMSU might be playing games with some of the WAC members to so the non football members actually move and not create problems. Then some Big Sky schools will move over to create a research division which multiple Big Sky sources said they would do. But the research division will be WAC FBS football. It's obviously not a comprehended issue with troll minds, but all of aspiration FCS schools that want to move from FBS are attuned to what the WAC will do. It's just too much for bizon minds to keep track of. Bozoville is keeping track of NDSU's impending move to the Big 12. That would be more to attack and troll on, but bizon and jack trolls don't work that way, because it's aspirational in their minds. Anything that is aspirational for UND must be attacked, says the mother bozoville prime directive.

I meant six teams added to the WAC with Wichita St as football only. The Big Sky has to keep its autobid for FCS, so it must keep six FCS teams. The WAC can make money granting FBS slots to schools such as Liberty, JMU, Kennesaw St, Jacksonville St, Stony Book, Dalaware, Albany etc and playing them for a few years. Charge them a million each for an entrance fee and then get them for an exit fee too. Would compensate for a lack of CFP money until 2024. The eastern teams when they are exited and FBS can reform the CAA as an FBS league too, and participate in CFP money with the new contract. The FBS transition in the second year requires four home games against FBS schools. A second year FBS transition school counts for an FBS opponent, so eastern teams would be useful without bringing the FCS Big Sky below six teams. UTRGV will count for FCS as soon as it get a team going, but Dixie St and Azusa Pacific only will count as soon as they are fully DI. Idaho will recant it's FCS move as recruiting gears up, so it might not be this week.
-
Now that baseball at UND is officially gone and will not be resurrected, that also should slam the door on UND to the Slummit / MVFC.
-
So will sausages be handed out?
-
The FBS transition process begins the next season after their paperwork is in. After two years, the applicant is fully FBS if all goes to plan. No Big Sky school willike apply this year as you and bizon trolls seem to be implying. Idaho will hedge on FCS soon, probably this week.
-
Recently is not strategic. Stretch Is. Wyo, Utah St, Nevada, and SJSU are at the bottom of the MWC and aren't much different from the top of the Big Sky. Coincidentally there were the last in except Wyo. Are you suggesting that any NDSU decision would have to be approved by you, Fargo, ND taxpayers, and bozoville first?

Former AD O'Day had an email about the Griz needing to be FBS or else D2. Since then, Montana's facilities and sports offering have brought them closer. Mt State is tied to the Griz, so they have to be ready. Most Griz fans deny that there is an interest in FBS. The MWC would be a fatal option for all the Big Sky schools as many of those teams have much higher budgets and much bigger facilities. Before UND even went DI, there were several stories about Cal Poly and UC Davis wanting to be FBS eventually. Even Fresno St'S former coach said they would be. Then the great recession hit. A lot of schools on the east half of the country want to be FBS and they say so. Western schools haven't talked about it since 2008, but that desire is still there, and their being much more coy about it. Why doesn't Miami O, Kent St, Ball St, La Monroe, Troy etc move down to FCS? They have a lot less going for them than UND. Answer: FCS is a bigger money pit than FBS. Either drop football entirely, or go FBS.

Have you ever looked up EWU's Gateway Expansion project? The timing of Cruzado's Montana State stadium expansion right at the end of the WAC was truly amazing in my view. But some people never think about it in those terms.
-
A school has to submit paperwork to the NCAA before June 1st of the year it begins a transition. Coastal has done that. Please show evidence of a study and public discussion of FBS before the Sun Belt started talking to Coastal. Coastal had lesser attendance and a smaller stadium than UND has. One day Coastal and the Belt hustle decided they were a good match and then Coastal started building a stadium expansion. The people of Myrtle Beach essentially had no input on the matter. Any AD worth his salt knows what is required for a school to go FBS. Contractor studies are just to prove that to the public. Interesting that Montana St President just hired an Associate AD from Utah to replace Fields. And that was after she canned the coach after the loss to UND. Cruzado must not have felt she had the horses to lead the charge to FBS.
-
What is most important is that UND get into the WAC, which can declare UND an FBS transitioning school at any time. The Montanas need to move too, as well as Idaho.

Fennel has a net worth that is much greater than the other because he was a founder, while the others are technically employees. The other two are owners of major businesses too. Those three are much older too, so they need to make preparations for their estate.
-
The name got on it for some reason. His foundation gave money to help the NDSU foundation?
-
There are two Canadians near billionaires that are alums, one a football player, then a lawyer, then a gold mine owner, and the other was a fashion designer then owner of a big clothing distributor, and both own Caribbean Islands as winter homes. Another alum was born in Fargo and became a very successful banker, airline owner and now venture capitalist. He previously donated NDSU's business building in honor of his father. All three have been mentioned previously on SS.com.

But having a hard time scheduling a G5 away game for 250 k is the best NDSU can do now. I see. Why is Larson trying to raise students fees when they were supposed to be frozen for five? Why are season ticket prices to the new BSA so outrageous that even TM'ers are complaining? Seems like someone is driving to raise exit and entrance fees to afford a new conference but bozoville can't put two and two together. With all the FCS championships you trolls have bragged about, you sure seem short of cash.
-
Unless we go FBS, and then Title IX compliance will be right on.
-
Guess NDSU fans are happy that they won't be playing a Big Ten team after this year. If you were FBS, you would schedule two P5 teams a year, but I guess that doesn't make business sense to bring in two million just for P5 away games.
-
Because the WAC can offer FBS membership, it is the most valuable conference at the FCS level. The MVC and the CAA would offer to swap memberships with it. But that doesn't gain the western WAC members anything. But if the Big Sky swapped members with the WAC, all of its members would be ecstatic because their travel burdens would be reduced. Bake, GCU, UVU, and Seattle wouldn't see futher flights than to Denver for N Colo. UMKC could be delivered it's promised WAC tournament, UTRGV would have a route to FBS, and NMSU would have compatible FBS partners. Individual schools that want FBS like Liberty, Jacksonville St, E Kentucky, Lamar, Sam Houston St, Youngstown St are almost certainly playing nice with the WAC, but the western WAC schools don't want them.

This is so rich. The bizon and the jack board and their trolls here were yacking up a storm that they we so superior no because they were DI and FCS. You have the brain memory of a sloth or a mouse.
