  1. What's the goaltending situation for next year?
  2. Ok, I was wondering if game results were able to be manipulated/projected yet. I thought that was only available once the "You are the committee" feature was launched. Thanks, this is pretty awesome.
  3. Are you talking about NCHC home ice or NCAA tournament pairwise? If the former, yes, they need to make up some ground the next two weekends. If the latter, even getting swept by UND I don't think will push them out of NCAA criteria (at least not yet - unless you've seen math/probabilities to show otherwise). However, their next opponent is Miami, so they will need to take care of business in that one, or else I could see them outside of the bubble. If the NCHC quarterfinal remains WMU-CC for the 4/5 matchup, regardless of home team, that will be the most interesting to watch, IMO. Two teams that will need those wins in the worst way.
  4. According to Wikipedia, streaming options for the actual CBS SN channel are fubuTV, Hulu Live TV, and YouTube TV. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CBS_Sports_Network Sports options on Paramount+ includes some content that is broadcast on CBS SN, but not all. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paramount%2B#Sports_programming Just a head's up for current non-subscribers, there will (potentially) be a lot of UND games in the next month on CBS SN, so it may be a good time to sign up. This includes UND MBB vs. NDSU today (2/24), UND hockey vs. WMU next Friday (3/1), the Summit League championship games (3/12) (UND men are currently top of the standings), and of course the NCHC semi-finals (3/22) and championship (3/23).
  5. My bad on that - I assumed since other CBS' sports broadcasts (and CBS programming in general) are available on Paramount Plus, I assumed that what's available on CBSSN was also on Paramount Plus.
  6. Since it was the CBS SN featured game, I think the streaming option would be Paramount Plus.
  7. And hopefully a little beat up and tired.
  8. SDSU cruising to victory. 89-65 under 4 to play. With our night off, They will tie us again in first place, and hold the current tie breaker.
  9. NDSU finishes the job 64-50.
  10. NDSU almost to the point of no return. 62-46 with under 3 to play.
  11. SDSU starting to put away Denver early second half. 68-47 with 13 to play.
  12. Having playing experience at both FBS and NFL should be nice addition.
  13. Son of a highly successful high school coach. Nothing was handed to him - always had to take the extra step. Went to community college before Gophs. Was on NFL training squad before making the roster. Coaching philosophy in his own words: "I'm trying to be the coach I always wanted as a player. That's detail, that's honest, that's high-energy, passionate and caring about the kids more than just catching a ball or making a block." "We're going to do everything we can to be an exciting brand of football, and do it the right way, which is important to me." "I told our offensive team the other day that everybody knows deep down in themselves that there's a right and wrong way to do things. I told them there's three things I care about: you're tough to fight through some adversity, to be disciplined and to be consistent."
  14. I guess I should say that it appears for sure we got a good person. Hopefully he is also a good coach.
  15. I could probably dig this up myself, but if someone knows what the next tie-breaker is after head-to-head, I'd be curious knowing.
  16. Great article. Looks like we got a good one. Hopefully.
  17. It seems that the Summit AQ is destined for a #16 seed, so let me ask you this: would it be better to have one of the “first four” play-in games, or go straight to playing a #1 seed?
  18. UND down to #3 (from #2), CC up to #13 (from #17-18??).
  19. Could someone post a highlights video, if they can find one? Would love to see some of those Treys (pun intended).
  20. I think part of the problem with the Minnesota-based tournament was that were 5 teams (UM, UMD, BSU, MSU, and SCSU), so not a convenient 4 team field like the Beanpot.
  21. No. Most FBS conferences have a conference championship game, though.
  22. Yes, I was pretty hyped for the Summit Tourney as well.....until last Saturday.
  23. Someone can correct me if I cam wrong, but I think one of the primary reasons to have a conference tournament (and this would be for any conference in any sport) would be for the purpose of making money for the conference. Technically, you could have a conference tournament (to make money) and choose your AQ by some other method, but that would be a little anti-climatic. I think there may be some leagues that award AQ to regular season champ in some sports and eschew the conference tournament, but don't quote me on that either.
  24. Absolutely it is. Hope not true, though.
  25. We scored more points in the first half on Thursday than we did the entire game yesterday
