I've watched the first and third periods of the natty game probably a dozen times. I watched the second period a couple times, and that's actually pretty entertaining, too. I was laid up the other night, so I decided to watch the Denver game in its entirety, which I don't think I had done since it was live. I'll have to check out the NE and Mich games on Youtube at some point, as I don't have those on the DVR.

This coming from a non-hockey mind: The difference I see between this year's team and any other that I've watched in the last decade is the passing. It always seems to be tape to tape.

For Place, it definitely wasn't for lack of playing time. Pryor never took her out. I'm guessing she'll be a rock star for Augustana.

And the Fighting Hawks era begins with a season-ending loss for volleyball. They just weren't the same without Julia K. Glad she still has a couple years left for us. McKenzie, you will be missed

F-ing Hawks come back in a huge way! Down 11-6 at one point, the girls end up winning 25-20. On to set 5 (once again) to save the season.

F-Hawks trailing the Vandals at the Big Sky tourney 2-1. Been very close matches, just like always with Idaho. Season on the line next set.

Really?! I did not know that. The match-up with Idaho is probably the best-case scenario for advancing to the semi-finals. But, without Julia K, I don't see much hope to get past the next team. I wonder if the Big Sky will get an at-large bid this year? Very nice to see good conference competition.

What makes anyone think our own team could withstand a poor weather outdoor game? It's not like we play outside. With the new HPC, we don't even have to practice outside. What a weird topic to introduce to this thread.
