Yeah…sometimes is good to carve your own path eventually. Heres hoping we add a recruit soon
 -
Would really like Levi Harper to commit here….ive been tracking him for awhile and he seems to just be getting better and better
 -
Best dman I’ve watched in some time. He’ll be there one year and go high in the draft
 -
Do I hate the move? No. As someone else mentioned, this is the 9th dman spot. He won’t play. I’m assuming Laurila is a little dinged up and we know Zmolek is an injury concern. It’s purely insurance for a catastrophe. I like it. The point to my response was that the hockey landscape has changed dramatically since ladue and poolman came in. And they used the NA as more of a development path (playing HS, then NA, then USHL). This new add isn’t that. But, he captained the team and is really old. Glue guy.
 -
That was many moons ago my friend….ladue and Poolman both played multiple years in the ushl as well and were USA junior players of the year. Apples and oranges

	Someone’s hurt for sure
 -
Head scratcher ….someone’s hurt. In this day and age, going from Steven’s Point to Nodak…boy.

Laurila will play as a 7th D (I could see him working himself up too)….Zakreski and Klee will play over Young. -
Littler still has to earn everything as well. I wouldn’t say he’s a high offensive guy (yet) either.
 -
They’re going to be a wagon
 -
You have to be careful though…playing in the Dub, much easier to get drafted. No knock to this kid, may be the next Carter Rowney, etc. But had this kid played in the USHL instead of the Dub, he may have went undrafted. It’s still a Canadian run business.
 -
Nope only 3 20 year olds can be rostered
 -
He only has one year of eligibility left
 -
Yep, that’s a bottom 6 grinder. Which is fine I suppose. If you can’t get a blue chip you might as well add a buzz saw
 -
	Starting to think depth add
 -
Another great Schloss article….agree on all front. Especially pushing the commitment age back a year. Teams are still missing late bloomers. Now that the CHL is wide open, committing later makes way more sense for both parties involved.
 -
Agree on the 7 d (Laurila has to play…and should) assuming we’re healthy. Not entirely there on the F depth chart. Not sure who he plays over. This looks like a fairly cut and dry depth and to me.
 -
Really? If we get another ball player, I highly doubt he’s in the lineup. At least to start the year and someone else would have to royally play poorly. We have multiple guys that need to play over him.
 -
That may have been at the start of the year…he was (at the very least) 5’10” when I saw him in April. Maybe a little taller.
 -
Wyatt is not the size of Swanson or Mooney….i saw him in April and he’s every bit of 5’10”/5’11” and he’s definitely not done growing. He was tiny his first year of bantams and def not big his second year of bantams. But he’s def growing now…I have a hunch he’ll be a high high ender
 -
Due to his brain…I’d say Cullen. Later bloomer. Grew a lot in the past 12 months. If he gets over 6ft, look out
 -
There’s a ton of good MN kids though…in all seriousness while I do like this commit, there’s others I’m a little higher on. Cullen was the only commit that really stung. I didn’t think we’d get him but I was hoping the gophs didn’t get him
