  1. The ND south paw looks ok. If LSU doesn't have a bunch of TO's or something they should pull away.
  2. Agreed. It was close. Ark is a very good team that had a very tough schedule. I believe they only had one real bad loss. They played a lot of those SEC West teams really tough. Has the SEC lost in bowl play yet?
  3. I was being sarcastic, I think Arkansas is one of the best .500 teams in the country, if not the best. Extremely tough schedule.
  4. The same one
  5. SEC West doormat Arkansas crushing former big12 powerhouse Texas.
  6. Haven't seen schmaltz in a bit.
  7. You are correct. Exact same team. The ushl all star team outshot Denmark like 4-1 too. They were way better than Denmark.
  8. Haha, that's a good one.
  9. I was very surprised. Canada's team is almost entirely made up of 19 year olds as well, many that were top 10 draft picks over the past 2 years. The two 17 year olds will be top ten picks. Germany doesn't have one drafted player on their team I believe. Great game by the Germans last night.
  10. Programs with more draft picks, on average, tend to be better than programs with minimal draft picks. You happened to pick Wisconsin only because they are having the worst start in their history. Which "high end" players are you referring to and where were they drafted? Dougherty (sp?) is the only higher end player that jumps out at me and I don't believe he was a first rounder.
  11. Pretty sure canada is the heavy heavy favorite. 11/10 odds last I read.
  12. Haha I was going to write the same thing. I too noticed he looked a tad tight during the game (and he still was the best player on the ice ). He'll loosen up and dominate. There was one instance when tuch clearly missed eichel on a two and one. That Finnish team is pretty good. Finns always play good in tight games. It was good seeing schmaltz on the first pp unit. Other than eichel and maybe tuch, schmaltz was the most noticeable player on the ice. The puck was on his stick so much.
  13. Agreed, that Heinen kid from du should have gotten a peek
  14. No maybe one at most. With the increased competition between the ncaa and CHL Hockey Canada frowns on inviting college kids.
  15. Harvard looks good though. I believe they have something like 11 draft picks on their team. I believe they are only behind MN and UND in the country.
  16. They each have won one title. Hit the brakes on following "their" formulas. Hak has been a good recruiter while he's been here. Other teams have players decommit or leave early as well. In the past several years we've had some pretty decent seniors; knight, Kristo, parks, Macmillan (just to name a few).
  17. Two spots, one post. That's how you get 20k.
  18. Hopefully they don't make any cuts until Tuesday. The guys who were on the bubble did very well and the guys who appeared borderline locks did not play as well. It appeared the Matthews/Schmaltz/Hayden line did not have too much chemistry. Schmaltz was pulled from that line to begin the 3rd and replaced by Woods I believe. Oseiki may have just wanted to see different guys together. The game was pretty sloppy.
  19. $10 correct? Anyone know how these streams are, as far as clarity?
  20. Interesting how every game of that World Junior A Championship was available to watch except the gold medal game. Which is only available in Canada. Makes sense as neither of their teams are in it still.
  21. In my post I noted you cited a separate article. Guy was just trolling.
  22. Wow Erne was on last year's team. 2 out of the three guys cut were CHL guys. Erne has put up good numbers in the Q, however everybody who can somewhat skate does.
  23. Schmaltz with a highlight reel pass on the pp. Spoon fed the guy but couldn't convert.
  24. There are like 3-5 Michigan guys too I believe. Both BC and Mich are having pretty average years...I hope that doesn't mean we flame out.
  25. Watching the CAN East vs CAN West game. Fabbro is the most noticeable player on the ice other than CAN East's goalie. Fabbro is an elite skater.
