Neither do I. Someone simply mentioned we have more resources than most (if not all) other programs. My point was that I agreed with most…but there are a couple other schools with our resources. Other blue bloods. I’m not saying I’m not pissed with the current state of our hockey program.

We just lost a series against BSU….squeaked by RMU. Really let that sink in. This year I’ve tried to keep it positive, but this is getting extremely close to a rock bottom situation. Especially how bad we’ve been in the NCAAs. It’s getting dicey.

Advantages over a lot of teams….but definitely not all anymore.

They actually need to win all 4 games…then continue to go on one of the craziest/improbable runs none of have seen since the Hak days.

This is about as bad of a UND hockey team that I’ve seen in a very long time. So frustrating, they should be so much better than this.

At this point you have to keep him there…there’s really no one to replace him with tbh. Just get him off Swansons line.

Well assuming the lineup is the same as last night I’d go with the below and ride top 6 hard. Play line 3 when you need to, and the 4 would get 2, maybe 3, shifts per period unless we pull away. Swanson-Boisvert-Perron James- Omac- Wilkie Kunz- Schmaltz-Strinden Monty- Littler - Andrew Swanson and Perron are too good to do nothing. Put them together for a while to see if something clicks. Boisvert is the real deal. That second should get going too. Again, run them hard.

They’re freshmen…I think we should be looking elsewhere for our issues. Everyone is blaming the coach only. We have a bunch of players that are coming nowhere near their expectations. I mean, not even close. And they’re getting top 6 looks, PP, etc. Plus Boisvert is doing fine; emery isn’t anything close to an offensive dman. If our upperclassmen were even coming close to expectations, we probably wouldn’t be in the awful predicament we’re currently in. Even some sophomores I suppose. The players need to produce at some point. In saying all that, Bubs has to load the top two lines. Let the skill players play with skill players, grinders play with grinders. There appears to be zero chemistry. Blow up the lines for tonight. Completely load the top 6 and ride them hard.

I sure hope so, worst case scenario for Wilkie so far. Not sure him and Swanson experiment can go on much longer if they don’t start producing. Wilkie, omac, Perron and Swanson need to get going given the looks they get.

One goal off the rookie lead. Boy I sure remember a ton of posters on this forum blasting him for leaving early. He was beyond ready.

I just want to see us make the NCAAs, hopefully win at least one NCAA game, and hammer the recruiting trail.
