This^. I don't know even about Richmond to talk about them.
I do know they have a freshman quarterback with his first game on the road. I've done most of my pre-game stuff trying to get tailgate stuff ready and get butts in the stadium. Even if this kid is as good as the last game indicates, I'm hoping that his (not the team's obviously) away game, in a hopefully excruciatingly loud environment, will throw him off his game. If not consistently, for a play or a two, and then we let our Fighting Ball Hawks in the secondary take care of business.
I'm scared out my mind of a slow offense start again. We can't keep doing that and win, but if we get a good first offense drive, hold tough on the first defensive series (teams seem to do pretty well against us on that first series, probably because it's scripted or whatever, and we aren't quite sure what we're gonna see yet or something), I'm confident. Take pressure off the offense. Defense weather the first storm (hopefully aided by noise), Eric Schmidt gets a good look at Richmond, makes his changes that he always does, and boom! Hopefully I'm making plans Saturday night.
