    I find it more likely that FCOA gets cut over another sport. (which either option doesn't seem all that likely to me anyways) Will be interesting next year to see how much money UND does save on travel costs when they head over to the Summit.

    Another night of Poolman, who was sold, unless they get both Toby or Tyler back. Jets could be without 3 of their top 6 D on Friday.

    Can't speak on 2 or 3, but another potential issue for #1 is that if UND agreed to sponsor x sports in the Summit and they cut them, they could face another financial penalty or worse. They had to pay one for cutting Swim and Dive teams (it was about $300,000) if I recall.

    Jets have to do better than that, but no sense in pushing the panic button now. Rebound in game 4 and close it at home in game 5.

    Speaking of the Wild. Should they go out in the 1st Round again... at what point do they say one of these two things. 1) The window is only open for another year or two with this core, if we really want a crack at the cup, we need to go all in. 2) It might be time admit we can't win with the current core and it might be time to tear it down and start rebuilding the farm system.

    Jets have too much firepower. Laine has a shot that should be felonious in all 10 provinces. Helle will outduel Dubs I'll feel better after game 2 with the Jets having a 2-0 lead. Only chance the Wild do have is if the Jets let the moment get to them and they start doing dumb things. I still like the Jets in 5. Hold home ice, split in St. Paul, win it at home.
