Literally Greg Hardin. Or Clive Georges more recently. We don’t have a single guy who the opponent is worried about blowing past guys. Having that type of guy makes everyone’s jobs so much easier on offense.

What we need is a group of guys like what NDSU had with Grant Olson and his crew. A group that says “enough, we’re done losing” and becomes obsessed with winning and holding their teammates accountable to do the little things and go the extra mile.

Bubba took a timeout before the first play of the second half in a game. Literally can’t get worse than that. I think it’s pretty easy to understand a coach using a bunch of timeouts in the last min of the game to keep things under control and trending positively.

Sales pitch to these guys needs to be we're only a couple of studs away from being championship caliber and you could be that player that puts us over the top. We need guys looking to build and create not follow.
