  4. It is absolutely irrelevant. You can go play for the Gators in Florida and run a 4.21 40 then go to the combine and run a 4.42 40 while someone who goes to Maryland can run a 4.45 40 then run a 4.30 at the combine. Until he runs a 40 with the same method of measurement that they use at UND then the times don't mean squat. Just go by how he looks on film. If he covers 5 yards with two strides at top speed then he's got some good top end speed.
  5. Whoever it is better get Johs to come here
  6. That guy is a recruiting juggernaut
  7. No..... I really wanted to see this kid play at UND.... he's gonna be a stud.
  8. You've got to keep reloading depth. Just because we have great depth at WR now doesn't mean we sit on it and wait for a year or two. We just need to get to that point with every position. Once we get there it'll be playoffs most every year.
  9. His track profile says 10.70 as a junior but more impressively a 24' 1" long jump.
  10. 0 on defense
  11. Rocco from Simpson and Saunders boom
  12. Well hell yes then. Welcome to the board.
  13. awesome. doesn't even have to make sense to be a great tradition. why not just have themes for student section to dress up for to make fun of the opponent?
  14. I'm not one bit worried about the passing game going into next year. I'm worried about getting the run game back and the defense transforming in the same way that SDSU's did this year. Both Bartels and Mollberg can launch the deep ball with ease unlike Hanson who had arm strength limitations, lets just hope they learned alot from him this year.
  15. O don't go.... It won't be the same without you. I always look forward to reading your posts. I'm not sure what we'll do without you other than wonder wwbs. What would badger1 say. You'll surely be missed.
  16. Hmmm. Doesnt look fast enough for safety to me buy maybe he will be.
  17. Is he projected as a lb in college?
  18. I would like to see panzarella as a regular. He was very valuable last night
  19. Vraa is good. He's the only one. Smith is a normal quick slot guy. The other ones are walk on types. Maybe next year the freshman will turn things around like ours did for us.
  20. NDSU doesn't know what to do with a really good QB since they've only been throwing the forward pass for 20 years.
  21. I bet some of it has to due with the fact that their WRs suck. Smith and Vraa are dime a dozen players and the rest don't bring much to the table. The also miss Veldman big time. Jensen has digressed this year no doubt but so have his WRs and TEs. Their offense went from smashmouth with just enough pass to predictable against good defenses.
  22. We'll see when he plays. Backup QBs always shjt golden bricks and look good from the sidelines.
  23. wouldn't hold my breath on him with an offer from Purdue
  24. There were just too many times, especially on the PP, where there was a nice 1 2 3 opportunity and it ended up 1....... stretch for the horrible pass 2 and 3 is no longer an option. It's a small thing, but once they get that tiny bit of feel for the passing the offense could do some big things and the defense would be even better as a result of fewer turnovers leading to odd man rushes.
  25. You can basically guarantee that every ticket was sold but the butts in seats did not show that
