They lost the privilege of dressing for the games. It's something that should have to be earned and not only did they not have to earn it but they took it for granted. Even something as little as earning your spot on the sideline or the ability to dress for a game will make them buy in more to the program and work just that little big harder to get there.

You can't have a successful offense with no oline. Adjust it to what? Run the ball more? Short passes all day? Bootlegs most of the time? No matter what we have no chance at having a successful offense that is multifaceted enough to keep the defense guessing unless we can maintain a line of scrimmage at all.

What I've been shocked about is that if there is any coaching that should be in question it's the offensive coaching, especially the oline. The defense has gotten much better as the season has gone on and the offense has basically gone into the fetal position. Going into this season who would have expected that?

Faison has had a pretty strong track record so far. His hires have been more than solid. He's not the most personable guy but he only cares about getting the job done. I have a cousin who had the same problem in Fargo a few years ago. He had about 6 Bison tickets and couldn't find anyone to go with him so he got rid of most of them and now he can't get them back. It's strange how quickly things can change from rock bottom to on top of the work with a little luck if you play your cards right. It's probably time we go all in.
