All classes are rated initially off of perceived potential. The real ratings come after they have been in college for 3 years.

One good thing about Faison is he couldn't care less about what anyone thinks he should do. He knows his plan and is going to stick to his guns.

Since schools 'always' send fired coaches out recruiting it should be easy for our friend Dan to find 10 examples within the past 5 years.

Anyone know who was retained from USDs previous staff?

We had one commit before the coaches were fired and one after. Doesn't seem like we're at as much of a disadvantage as having a staff that is on the way out trying to get kids to commit to a program that is under new leadership that has yet to be hired. The writing was on the wall a while ago and probably had a lot to do with our lack of verbals.

The problem I have with your post is the word always.

He's very retired, although I'd run through hell in a gasoline suit for him. He's old school. Never compromises. We need someone who is like him at least.

The strength coach is the only coach that really does anything other than recruit and exit meetings after a season, he's in charge for now.
