It is to a certain extent. Who do you think pays for the scholarships and salaries? Fans. The sticks? Fans. You don't think the fans had a lot to do with Mussman getting fired? Donations dipped, attendance plummeted, and Mussman was let go. If the fans had still supported the football team regardless of results Mussman would still be head coach. Thank God for high standards. Point being, fans and boosters do run the team.

Honestly if they were do you think there would be so many games where the players lack effort? That should never happen at any level, especially the college level. It's strange. Not only is this team not overly talented, but they also don't give all that great of an effort night in and night out. It's so inconsistent.

That all depend on how they measure success. It used to be in championships but now it may be in dollars for all we know.

0-10 in the tourney that actually matters. Had the best team by far in the nation and got severely out coached in the frozen four..... More than once.... It's not like he's a bad coach but maybe it is time for new blood?

I wasn't overly impressed with him anyway so I'm glad we didn't offer him.

I really wish Riddle would have stayed..... He is an outstanding athlete.

He really needs to work on his mechanics.

Spring ball is coming up soon. Tons of new players. Should be an interesting spring game. Also will be interesting to see how many more commits we can get.

He's chubby. If he drops 15 loose pounds and replaces them with 10 pounds of muscle he'll be able to run faster.

Bubba is very high of Ceislak. He was asked what players stand out and he went straight to him. Talked about him dunking a basketball and just being a great overall athlete. Perhaps we got a steal.

Not quite as much hype. Last year Carr Norberg Stockwell Reyes and Kuksa all had tons of hype. Not a ton of hype with this crew. I'll take substance over hype though. There are more under the radar kids like Ferguson. Who had heard of him before we offered. Then all of a sudden NDSU wanted him bad. I like this class. We'll see in two years.

Just not fast enough. He was very solid though.

FBS recruit. Didn't stick. Came here. Is on the team now. Very talented.

I'm fine with them recruiting Michigan to get players like Carter and Walker. Once we get a reputation in that state we'll get good players like we do in Illinois now.
