He shouldn't be a WR. But he should be split out wide a lot more. Quick WR screen to him with two blockers sounds nice. There are so many ways to get him out in space to use his moves and speed that we haven't done yet. Want to see him in the NFL? He needs to be a swiss army knife.

Santiago should be used like Percy Harvin. Put him all over the place and make it really hard on the D. Get him in space in all sorts of ways and let him return punts. It could end up being the shot in the arm that the offense needed. Throw in the WR from Seattle and we could be in business.
