With a name like that he was never going to end up at UND
-
The stats above go back to 2007. 3 attempts over 50 yards in 3 years tells me all I need to know about what Taubenheim can do.
-
He missed an easy one against Richmond. 42 yards.

It indicates how bad the other kicker in the conference were apparently. Taubenheim had the worst season for a UND kicker I've seen in a long time
-
Reading all of that made my blood boil a bit. Academia at its finest.
-
Altru will help you pay for school if you sign a five year contract. Sound familiar?
-
That's why they always say a player should commit to a university, not a coach. I was making the comparison of coaches and executives. It's pretty similar.
-
How is it different than moving up the ladder in any other field?
-
Coaches get fired when they don't perform. Harsh reality.
-
The other question with Clive is, if given the extra year, can he actually come back and be himself? He suffered a terrible injury.
-
Not sure what your getting at. The school commits to the kid with hundreds of hours of coaching and life lessons and thousands of dollars towards education room and board and full cost of attendence. If the kid ends up being a bust then they move down the depth chart and usually aren't given a spot for fall camp. It's the harsh reality of college athletics.
-
Everybody fights for their spot on the team each year. Not one spot on the roster is written in stone.
-
Fight for their jobs. Competition is good for everyone.
-
Put all three on the field. Full house backfield with tons of motion in all directions. Could be a nightmare for defenses. For the love of God we need to start screen passes next season. The way teams were playing us we could have killed with a screen pass here and there.

We have to be. Especially if Santiago remains at RB. Night and day difference this year from last with the holes he had to work with.
-
	Too many overage Canadians
-
I'd call him light more than I'd call him undersized, he's got a big frame.
-
RT Blair for sure. Aplin at LG and Rooney at OC
-
Their d will be just fine, probably better on the back end with experience actually. They won't win a title next year unless they find a way to stretch the field through the air on offense.
-
The way the timing works he should run a 4.51 at the combine and 4.41 hand timed. UND uses the most accurate, and slow, means for timing a 40. They used it one year at the combine and all the times were so slow that they never used it again. At the combine its a hand start laser finish.
-
	Heagle ran a 4.42?
-
Reyes is better against the pass than Heagle. Most importantly though is he is a hell of a lot faster.
-
I think the memory of choking at home in the playoffs will motivate them on its own.
