I have the same feeling I did going into the Idaho St game. The hype is building again and we need to make a statement that we are actually for real. Need to make a statement tomorrow.

Santiago being a 3 time All American should help real in some stud RBs.

I’m looking for some consistency from our team. Can we keep the momentum rolling from last week? Can we keep making those game changing plays? Can we keep ruining qbs? Can we avoid fatal mistakes? I want to see a comfortable win where we take the game over from the first kick and lean on them til they fall.

Nguon’s ability to play any OL position is huge for this team.

It depends how he responds to being amped. Some people thrive on it and find a next level of focus. Some get erratic. Hopefully he’s the prior.

We need 270 to be a normal weight for our DEs and 300 for our NGs. Cieslak is the poster boy for what our DL should look like. I’m not sure I’d even want Morrison to gain 40 lbs in one year, maybe he can be effective at 280-290 with his quick feet? At this point I almost have to assume the coaches will go for a JUCO or drop down NG which is not ideal.

Hergel should switch to the dark side.

Can I pick a Mankato player?

Agreed. Waletzko is at 3 games played right now. If we can get away with keeping his shirt this year that would be a big deal.

Looking at Sac St's performance so far this year and how we've fared against I am hoping for a strong showing this Saturday. They narrowly beat UNC and narrowly lost to the Griz. We murdered both of those teams. They're plenty talented, like all Cali teams, but we should handle them if we are for real.

Can he score?

He was tied for the team lead so it’s not like Montana losing the guy with 100 tackles production wise. However, he was a huge piece of our success because of his speed and coverage ability.

This is the type of play I want to see more of with Santiago. So many options for us and so much to worry about for them.

Anyone know if Sacs QB is gonna play this week. He got knocked out of the SUU game last week and came off the field pretty gingerly.
