One thing that should be fun about having a new OC is early in the season teams not having film on us. If we can go super basic against Drake and not show any of our cards we can spring a bit of a trap on NDSU.

If we could find a second home body bag game I would be all for adding a 12th game.

This a thousand times. Makes me sick when I think of how much Rudy wasted those two.

Disagree on the time table. A complete overhaul of a decent roster that has a few holes could happen in 2 years. Most of our holes are at the skill positions where you can turn things around in a hurry. The hogs on the other hand.... maybe another year in the weight room will drop their nuts and allow them to get a push for once. Or maybe they just aren’t good enough. We will see. That’s the one position that isn’t as quick to fix.

What a crock of !@#$ this post is. It’s been 5 years. That’s plenty of time to build depth. Even if we had the depth our offense doesn’t scheme for matchups. How many more !@#!$ athletes are we going to have to stockpile at certain skill positions to meet your depth requirement? If Bubba stays there are 3 assistants on my !@#$ list that need to go.

If the outside shooting stays as it is we could be much improved from last year. The extra length is noticeable as well. Jal is VERY raw, but just seeing him flush on the break is worth the price of admission alone.

As a group, many of you came in unheralded. Many of you will leave as legends. Thank you for busting your ass for this program. It’s a shame things didn’t work out better, you guys deserved more than one shot at the playoffs and you deserved better coaching. Thanks for the great memories and for leaving the program better than you found it.

It’s clear that this staff has completely botched, in every way possible, the most important position in all of sports. Great qb play can carry an offense pretty far. Haven’t had that in a LONG time.

They were garbage. They only ever looked good against weak competition. Whenever we needed a yard or two and the other team knew we were running it we seemed to get stuffed often.
