The bill to allow one license plate was killed yesterday. I guess those who don't want to use a front license plate will just have to continue ignoring the law (I used to be one of them, and will be again if I ever buy another vehicle that doesn't already have the front license plate bracket installed).

There isn't any legitimate reason. The scoring system can be rigged and if you have someone chosen before the interviews, the interviews go pretty quick. The issue with the Bubba hiring process was Faison had no clue what he was doing and truly didn't have a candidate in mind for the job when he fired Muss.

Much of athletics funding is via student fees, ticket sales, and donations. Those sources aren't affected by state cuts.

Schafer wanted to change UND and the culture on campus. Given more time he would've been successful and, IMO, UND would be on its way to a being a better, more efficient university. In order to institute his change, Schafer attempted to scare the campus with reality and he did it very loudly. It seems Kennedy has returned the campus to what it was, will not institute necessary change, and will continue in the Kelley manner of sweeping issues under the rug.
