All MVFC teams should be ranked on potential because they are just obviously better than everybody else, regardless of results on the field. Other teams gotta win to prove it.
NAU playing on top of their game is one of the best. Montana playing on top of their game is one of the best. You can say that about a lot of teams. UNI apparently rarely plays on top of their game, which makes them not one of the best.
Probably. My point wasn't to rip Stick, but to point out that without Wentz they don't blow UND out. UND will stop the run. Stick isn't any better than several QBs we've already faced.
Looking back through the look-a-like threads of the season, I tried to get the ones with the most up-votes or conversation for each week (Ended up leaving out Stony Brook and Bowling Green due to space limitations and limited applicants).
SOUTH DAKOTA
WEBER STATE
NORTHERN ARIZONA
MONTANA STATE
CAL POLY
SAC STATE
SOUTHERN UTAH
IDAHO STATE
NORTHERN COLORADO
But when a NAU, UNC, or Weber knocks off Montana, Cal Poly, etc. it's because Montana and Cal Poly are actually garbage and just got lucky when they beat the mvfc squads.
It's a quality win for SDSU. All MVFC conference wins are quality wins. Non-conference wins and losses against MVFC teams are only quality if they were against ndsu though.
Weird how once NDSU starts playing against all those soft MVFC teams their running game is all of the sudden unstoppable and their DBs are fantastic......
So you don't know sh*t. Just another bizun rube who thinks he can speak on other teams and conferences he knows nothing about. Leave out the pot shot at the Big Sky champions the next time you try to joke away hockey going 0-4-2 in the last 6.
