This is Hakstols opportunity to coach when he doesn't have the talent and he is failing so far, how does North Dakota get out muscled and out hit by anyone let alone both Bemidji and the gophers and getting shut out three games already and there is lots of games left. We play dump and chase but never get there and it's an easy out for the opposing defenseman. I thought it would be a little bit of a down year but 10-11 place is not what i was expecting. This team looks disorganized and not interested in playing Sioux hockey, I hope the new jerseys arrive soon because this group is not SIOUX hockey in my book. Hakstol should at least try to coach, what does he change ever except one player on the fourth line, change the powerplay if it not working and hit somebody, anybody. Hakstol can move on anytime to greener pastures cause he ain't getting it done here, the talent he has had he should have a couple of titles not near misses.

David Toews would be a senior also.

If you were in Hakstol's shoes what would you do? Would you change lines, defensive pairings or try another offensive scheme.We all seem to be monday morning quarterbacks what would you change?

If Hakstol doesn't win the frozen four soon he should be replaced, eleven years and no title how much rope do you give him every year it gets worse. The goal of the team is national title no less.(seven with Hak)

The gold medals will be there, he is also trying to line up the rest of the 80 Olympic team in two man teams to sign later on. Lots of sports stuff and collectibles for all sports also. PS the ads are a little different now

This will be the first year, no home playoffs, no final five.

Like I posted earlier in this thread Hakstols mo has been start off on fire then slowly fade away no championships from him look at his USHL record as head coach. He never changes anything, no fire and our offense is to cycle the puck and kill time on the walls. He thinks LaPoint is just awesome he couldn't play for any other team in the WCHA, I have never seen a Sioux defenseman so afraid to get hit and just panics with the puck or holds it until he can tie up with another player. Haks not getting it done period, look at the frozen fours not prepared, not ready and gets a deer in the headlite look when we are behind. This is not Sioux hockey in my book.

I say we finish sixth and go on the road for the playoffs, early exit and no NCAA's this year. I wonder if that will just be bad luck or lack of coaching? Hak has the same canned response after every loss, I for one am getting tired of watching this brand of hockey.
