Anyone staying at the Guesthouse? Not sure what kind of place this is. We were referred to this when the Red Lion was full.

I enjoy different views as well but if you on a different board, which is fine, saying pi$$ on the Sioux why bother coming over here? I gave Slap Shot the same response when he spouts off about halos etc. Nothing wrong with good ole back and forth between fans.

The difference is that if you think that way about the Fighting Sioux then why do you bother posting over here . If you talk out of both ends you lose credibility in my eyes anyway. I don't care for the Golden ones so I don't post at GPL.

I don't believe I was calling for Hakstols head just acknowledging the Gophers fans views. Making it to three straight frozen fours is quite a feat in its self but you only get so many kicks at the can and he needs to win one to remove said monkey. I am also sure lots of teams would like to have the success Hak has had since taking over.

I see Cardinals point is we all tortured Woog for not winning the "Big One" and now we accept it because Hak hasn't been able to seal the deal yet, I believe getting to the Frozen Four three straight times is quite a feat in itself but he needs to win one to get that monkey off his back. For any team to have the Sioux's type of success playing in the WCHA is quite an accomplishment.

What happens after three years and we don't win tribe approval ? Does it mean we just can't host NCAA payoff games and not wear our jerseys with the logo during NCAA payoffs. If thats the case keep the name and just use NORTH Dakota during the NCAA's. It's not like we have made many friends in the NCAA and they would let us host anything anyway. Instead of knucking under I say just stick it to them.
