Been saying that for awhile , all these kids scored in jrs and now they don’t score, common denominator, Brad Berry’s systems.

I would like to know that as well, it’s the the emperors new clothes, you look wonderful, every thing is cool. But if you judge him by his lines ups he does not get it at all.

Who is in charge? Unless Berry treats his asst. coach’s like his players, well the effort is there but bad puck luck , hot goalie etc. The power play, penalties klll etc are set by the head coach and the asst. implement them. If something’s not working Berry needs to fix them and he has not shown that ability in the last two years to adjust anything. Chaves needs to put the fear of god in him, you fix this or I will. I fear Berry has us on a very slippy slope and we haven’t bottomed out yet.

Lines I would like to see tonight. 26-19-10 no brainer 16-8-29 Kawaguchi is no center 21-22-14 18-9-27

So if you were a foward and you looked at our systems and how Berry runs his line ups would you commit here? Let’s keep putting the 8-9 D man out as a foward. Look at our commits, yes we have some good ones coming next year but after that it looks pretty thin, but hey and least he takes local boys even if they can’t play D1.

I’ve said it numerous times, ND where good players come to become mediocre. But let’s keep the local boys playing , Johnson is one of our best fowards.

Really break up your two best centers , what a move.

It’s so frustrating when other teams are doing more with less. Berry is so enamured with local players he cdnt cut poor players when everybody can see they aren’t D1 caliber but keep running around with the emperors new clothes on.this just fucking sucks.

Berry should step down, he has shown no ability to inspire this team or improve them through out the season, what are all the people going to say when next years team is the same? Yon, Johnson and Bowen shouldn’t even be on a d3 team.

You just can’t make how offensively challenged this team is.

I’m not blaming the players, they need to be put into situations where they can be successful. putting out eggs in the incoming freshman pockets doesn’t sound like the recipe for success so we are going to need our juniors to step up their game.

Two years in a row being in the bottom of the league In scoring and PP % is a trend and Berry needs to address this. The puck luck and hot goalie excuse is worn out, doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is insanity. Adams was a scorer in the USHL, Weatherby in the BCHL and Mismash with the USDT. Berry needs to find a system That balances his defensive strategy with an offense that scores more than 1 goal a game. If he has a third year like the last two he may become unemployed.

Putting 18 with 22 was always a head scratcher to me, Adams has speed and 22 doesn’t . 29 and 8 would have been a better fit.
