I think Ward was a big miss for sure. It seems the Hak and Berry missed on some legacy recruits. What is Berrys plan for next year , how will they finish in the top half of the league, how will they score more? Will we have a different power play? You just can’t say we we do all these things he hopefully has some kind of plan.

how long should people wait? they have scored less the last three years running, that may be a trend. Maybe is we score under fifty goals in a season you may admit it could be a problem. People don't care about shots or possession they car about goals scored.

I can see players who have limited points/playing time either leaving on their own or being slightly pushed. I think Berry will have lots of pressure to improve the program from lots of sources.

He will be practicing with the team so not sure. I hoping that was my ace in the hole. lol. I also think Berry got caught with a short roster this year and he will make sure he has coverage because of injuries.

On thing that may improve things is set some line combos and let them play, wholesale changes from Friday to sat. nights doesn’t do much for chemistry, the Senden lone is a good example he kept them together and they play well together.

I am also done being negative. The players gave it all but the coach’s need to implement systems to help the players succeed. Instill some discipline and maybe a different offensive scheme and power play and we get the output we need.

But in Gino’s last years we could score goals just couldn’t keep them out. Yes it was very hard sitting in the old winter sports building that had maybe 2500 fans.

I believe Adams will find his game if you put him with players who have speed and play the game that way. Putting him on the grind line with 22 just didn’t play into his strengths.

Hope nobody leaves but won’t blame them if they do. Berry talks about peeling back the layers and going over everything, Chaves better be involved if we want an honest assessment. We haven’t had that from Berry this year. 7-8 in league scoring but first in penalties. Lack of discipline and no fear of repercussions if you do. Like I i have said over this season Berry is just too nice for the head coach position, it’s his job to have the players prepared and ready to play and hold them accountable if they don’t. Having a senior Capt. Not scoring in twenty two games and basically cost you some games with penalties and you sit him for one period boy quite the message sent. Chaves needs to get all the athletic teams going in the right direction.
