The problem is we will never know the whole truth why these players switched or had the offer pulled but the coaching staff doesn’t look very good with theses decisions. We could have Rizzo, Halliday, Blake, Gaber. Singelton schmalz as top six.

Berry has done this a lot in his career, Rhett Gardner comes to mind being the number one center. Maybe Berry does love the grinders , dump and chase style, and can’t won’t recruit skill players for the top two lines. This team is scoring challenged most games, defense is very poor most games , goaltending is suspect and the team looks uninterested in half their games (especially fridays)

Halliday, rizzo and Morrow are bad but if that comes true Berry needs to figure out if he can coach/recruit this level.

Not a lot puck skills on this team, panic with the puck, can’t pass , give or receive. Dump and chase even on the pp. when your not the most talented you need to outwork the other team and at least in Friday’s we do not.

So the team is unmotivated and lacks discipline and this fixed itself how?

No effort , lack of discipline or accountability but we have culture to fall back on.

Berry preaches culture but what kind , do what you want fellas you can play tomorrow.

Maybe Berry is just too nice a guy, players need to at least respect what happens if you play dumb or lazy and theses guys don’t. I bet Blais wouldn’t put up with this crap.

I watched the replay and didn’t see it , unless midco showed it from a different angle.

Two biggest concerns with the offense is lack of passing, giving and catching and not being able to hit the net. Last nights first goal was because we didn’t hit the net and it was an odd man rush the other way.
