IF the Vikes could run the string and win every game they could make the playoffs as a 10-6 team I also think they could make the playoffs as a 9-7 team. Their schedule isn't that tough either, but the Bears and Washington could give them fits. I don't know, I am torn and I am not a Jackson fan but Jackson actually looks decent enough right now to not be moving on, which is scarey because it could mean the Vikes could be stuck with him for some time. What happens if these long bombs start connecting.

Amen and the NHL is much more watchable than it was before the lock out. It is getting to the point if the Sioux aren't on TV or at the Ralph, and there is a choice between watching college hockey and the NHL; I would rather watch two bottom dwelling NHL teams before I will watch college hockey. I am convinced that a player can not score if you have someone drapped all over you like a hockey groupie at a hockey party.

You can have all the goaltending in the world but if you don't score you don't win. It is apparent that the way to beat DU is get a lead on them and open it up. While they have a talented team, opening it up takes them off their game.

The one guy that calls him that is 6'7" and 250 so he could have a problem with it, but it would do much good.

The goaltending was amazing last night, JPL was focused. I think we all agree It could have been 5-0 in favor of Denver last night.

Very good question, but it has been proven by the Sioux and the Gophers that wins are not as important in November than they are in Jan, Feb, Mar... Although the odds are going to clip the Sioux eventually I am getting tired of this same act every year. I would like to see them play harder and win earlier. I am not convinced the boys have put a full effort in the last two games.
