The goaltending was amazing last night, JPL was focused. I think we all agree It could have been 5-0 in favor of Denver last night.

Very good question, but it has been proven by the Sioux and the Gophers that wins are not as important in November than they are in Jan, Feb, Mar... Although the odds are going to clip the Sioux eventually I am getting tired of this same act every year. I would like to see them play harder and win earlier. I am not convinced the boys have put a full effort in the last two games.

I am sure Pat is a great kid. I sure as heck don't see why everyone thinks he is so great, he has a decent team in front of him. From your reaction I would say your a Red River fan. Mark my word Central Hockey is going to be improved this year and will win more games than last season and be much tougher to beat, no more easy two points. Central also has a great young goalie that will be ready to take the reigns when the senior stumbles. What the heck happened to him. I read this week column and I wasn't impressed. I will read PCM's stuff because I am biased but the other stuff isn't very good and I can take it or leave it. I like College Hockey News and INCH.

First off I have heard about the rumors in the past about the boys drinking after a game on Friday nights. I haven't heard rumblings of it happening this season. IF (that is a big if) the boys are drinking on Friday nights after a game they aren't serious about winning on Saturday night. I don't have a problem with them partying on Saturdays after the game. If (remember we haven't seen or heard it confirmed yet, I am not a big fan of rumors) these rumors are true some people with letters on their jerseys need to slap some sense into their team mates heads. That being said, this is a discussion board and people shouldn't be lecturing people about who is or who is not a TRUE FAN. As far as I am concerned all of us are true fans and don't need to listen to lectures.

First off don't banners go in the rafters? The Sky is Falling threads were done in Jest meant as a joke and if don't like them; you probably don't want read them, a spoof. It's was done as a joke. It is called theraphy

How many great goalie even when faced with a lot of shots still make the stops. I know these are extreme cases but College hockey goalies like Elliot and Bachman, and as well as NHL CUJO and Luongo come to mind right away that have been on teams that give up a lot of shots.
