I don't know there were some really bad calls last night in the game. Almost to the point of being really silly. Lets just say Grafton should have gotten so many powe plays.

Yeah what gives your getting the lethal injection (the ultimate high) and they are concerned about some criminal suffering. What about the victim. Silliness I agree.

That's why I am nervous. But if UND got an older goalie from the Canadian ranks I would feel less nervous. The minute Grieco left I felt anxious. After listening to dave starman on CSTV he basically said that no one except C.C. was really interested in Bachman. Wow would a goalie like him look good in green.

There seems to be a theme that its a given that GF Central is going to get homered when ever they go to Grafton's Rink? I heard it from a lot of the Grand Forks Fans last night at the rink. Is there a history there going back many years? I haven't watched HS hockey in ND long enough to know.

So your comfortable with Walski in net? What if Eidness doesn't pan out then they are stuck with no one battle tested and ready to go. SCSU has two good goalies, I don't see the logic?

Why? Walksi is in essence a third string. Eidness is higly reguarded but never played a game in the NCAA. I don't know why they wouldn't bring one in? Besides Walski is a senior as well...

I think the suspension are going to catch up with C.C. and DU is a good team but they are also very young. I don't think there is a big a drop off in this league as some are suggesting. Nothing is a given.

Not to mention you already have like two very solid goaltenders in Jase and Dunn. I liked what I saw with Dunn this past weekend.

Then he should play hockey at the University of North Dakota if he want to play at a High end school.

I would like to see what her actual rating are? I am thinking that they can't be that good. I know when the settlement with the NCAA came out there was a lot of dead air on a very volital issue.

The phenomenal power of the human mind, according to research at Cambridge university, it doesnt matter in what order the letter in a word are, the only important thing is that the first and last letter be in the right place. The rest can be a total mess and you can still read it with out a problem. This is because the human mind does read every letter by itself, but the word as a whole. Amazing huh? Yeah and I always thought spelling was important! If you can read this forward it It wasn't that hard to read.

I am thinking there is something to that statement. I went to the game last night in Grafton the reffing was horrible. I told my buddy that the Knights got homered by the Refs last night. The Refs were worse than WCHA officials. There were a couple of obvious calls right in front of the refs that were not made.

It will be interesting to see which teams get hot both in league and nationally. Its time for UND to become a contenders and lets see who the pretenders are.

I wouldn't want to be the team that has to play the Badgers or the Gophers in the first round. Who ever plays the Gophers is going to get Campion and or Sheppard they are going to get called for everything. Your also going to have old man Sheppard in the stands as well... When I was in football they used to tell Linebacks don't let people run into the kitchen (between the hashes) without getting hit. In hockey that Kitchen is in front of the net in the crease. If you don't want to get hit don't go into the kitchen.

I could see how one might not want to drink those again. I like Alcohol because its relaxing Red Bull is not relaxing LOL Just the right amount of booze keeps the drives in the fairway.

Ness is an awesome recruit but he isn't very big. I saw him play against Central and NESS could fly with the puck.

Slap shot I actually respectfully disagree, I think in the NHL the Refs don't call the CFB very often or not as often as in college. I can remember many nights saying damn that was checking from behind penalty. Also, in the NHL if you do the things to goalies that are done in college people would be getting ass kicked. I have seen a lot of fights and scrums around the net in the NHL.

I don't think I would argue against that post at all. Berry leaving hurt a lot and UND hasn't been the same since. Hakstol was a defenseman so I expect him to know the system.

Well I hope they can pick it up a bit and finish near the top. I think the style of play UND uses might faciliate some of this. The Fire wagon or race horse hockey brand of hockey UND plays mean that they aren't always focusing on Defense, I can remember numerous odd man rushes this season.
