I would too, because while Finley was fun to watch play for the Sioux he got walked a lot and had slow feet. I think both Mac and Blood have better foot speed than Finley. Also, I don't think Brian Lee will ever live up to the hype as a first round draft choice/defenseman, he is having trouble staying up with the Senators and looks like a career AHL guy at least with the Senators he does. I think Lee could have also used another year in college hockey...

I agree I think this season might have been some of his best work yet.

I think one thing I have learned in my 43 years of life is nothing is a given and you have to work for everything you get. This team learned a lot this year and I have think one of these days something going to go UND's way. Think about this UND lost an all American out of their line up and still won 25 games. That has to be good coaching.

So they lost what three out of four, that's quite a few first round losses before they made it back to the frozen four.

I just got to thinking about this, so the Sioux have lost two first round NCAA games in a row, Denver has lost 3 first round games in a row. Michigan just finally won a game after what losing three straight games in the NCAA tourney. If IIRC think two of those three years UND knocked them out. This time of year is really a crap shoot. One and done hockey.

I am thinking this next season might be the one.
