Maybe the coach felt that Kangas gave them a better chance to win, I haven't been impressed with Patterson at all. When he was in on Friday I wasn't that impressed his brief appearance. I am glad he is not with the Fighting Sioux.

You forgot how Gopher players are really brave when they are swinging at the oppostion while hiding behind the ref. Funny thing everyone says UND is a bunch of goons but hasn't had a fighting major in three season now.

I must be from the same mold as you because everytime they put that uniform with the Sioux logo on the front they are representing UND and that means something. This isn't Minnesota.

I have seen where people seem to think that UMN is just going to turn it around next season with all of these recruits that look good on paper. Hockey isn't played on paper.

For anyone that is considering it, the Holiday Inn across from the Xcel Energy Center is awesome, walking distance for a lot of things. I am staying there again this year. Highly recommended.
