It's time for college hockey to have a College Hockey Package like they do with the NHL Center Ice.

Um, I hope I don't get shot for saying this but the first half of the game on MIDCO SN was almost unwatchable, it was tiling throughout the broadcast. The second half of the game was okay. I watched the game at my in-laws who have MIDCO SN. I went home to re-watch some of the game and the NESN feed was amazing. NESN is an awesome TV channel. I watch it quite a bit with my DirecTV package though.

Either today or in the next couple of days, I will put up replays of the goals and a couple of other doozies that I saw this weekend. Wow! Let’s just say that the on ice officials were brutal this weekend. I actually do like the idea of having neutral officials when teams play a nonconference series. The TV feed for NESN from DirecTV was awesome last night. I watched the broadcast originally on Midco last night and the game was feed was not good. Get your video requests out.

From this week's UND game notes: UND head coach Dave Hakstol, now in his 10th season behind the bench of his alma mater, is the only active head coach in Division I men’s hockey who has recorded a winning record in every season as a head coach.That means that even Jerry York has had a losing season.

Dave Hakstol is the only active head coach in Division I to have a winning record every year that he’s coached. He’s made the NCAA tourney ever year that he’s coached. His only crime is that his teams have never won an NCAA title.

My buddy calls me tonight after one of the weak calls for high sticking and gives me an ear full. It was a really weak call. What can we do short of throwing the TV in the back yard?

Other than Those guys (O'Donnell, St. Clair MacMillan and maybe Rodwell) everyone else is available. That makes 11 healthy forwards.

You have to remember DaveK applauds the Pukes and Rats in Hockey, these are the gutless P.O.S. that skate up and down the ice taking liberties with the opposition and then when the check comes due they hide behind the officials or drop to the ice and turtle. DakeK admires these disgusting “Rats” like Ulf Samuelsson, Alex Burrows, Patrick Kalteta, Maxim Lapierre, Matt Cooke’s of hockey. These are the guys that if I lined up against them I knock them in the mouth because they’re a disgrace to hockey. Dave probably has a poster of all these d-bags hanging his garage.

Boston is a kick ass city, I used to live in Ayer, aka Fort Devens, MA and it should be a good weekend of hockey.
