You should listen to all of the whinning taking place over on Hockey-L. Seems the Cornell fans think they were snubbed last week by having to play in the John, kind of like welcome to the crowd. I guess some of the Cornell fans seem to think they had an awesome team and if they had gotten to play at the Lyhnah they would have some how won the game, would be at the NCAA Frozen Four. I guess they think 3100 fans ia a big intimidating hockey crowd. I told some Cornell fan that any one of the top four teams in the WCHA would go into Cornell's arena and win. I am not sure why some of these people seem to think the EZAC is a legit league. One team won a playoff game in the NCAA's this season and that was cornell as they beat a lesser team before bowing out to the Gophers.

I have one word for you Prozac.

Heck 4>1 that is what UND scored in one game against Maine.

Who is smoking the crack pipe, how is UND incoming class not that good on paper, I would like to know whos opinion this is. Seems to me that UND has a recruit that is on par with Kessel that being one person name Toews, some have said he might be the next Crosby. If I am not mistake UND also has a few players tearing up the the BCHL as we speak. I am pretty sure that UND is not going to hand the Gophers the NCAA hardware, they are going to have to earn it.

How can you say the the "X" factor favors the Goofers? Our defense is big, bruising and out weigh most of the smaller Gopher blue liners. Our goalie is much better than any of the two the Gopher can put on the ice. Besides it not at the X-cel energy center and the ice is NHL size I think the factors favor the Sioux if anything.

Don't forget the small pylons on defense for UofMN Peltier, Goli and Hags.

The NCAA will be invoking the "Minnesota Rule". thats fine then we can beat them in prime time.

When ever Briggs is in net the opposition has a chance to win.

I will have to tape the game today, so I can watch who will be UND's next dancing partner. Neither Cornell or UofMN scares me at all, gaudy stats in a second rate league mean nothing to me. I would love for UND to pound on Cornell so we could shut their fans up. We already beat the best team in B.C. I think UND can do some serious damage against CU. The EZAC is a second rate league in my opinion, and when is the last time UND lost against an EZAC team? But then again what is more fun that whooping UofMN ass.

Inside College hockey is calling UND win a shocker. I guess I am not all that shocked. I wonder if B.C. looked past UND. I also wonder in hind site if the East Regional is all that happy about having UND come out east and spoil HE chances of having a team in the NCAA's.

I think that would be an appropriate award for the UND coach.

The Gopher fans are already liking their chances against UND. Ha, ha, ha... I have said it before and I will say it again, I like UND's chances if they play the Gohers again. Parise> Briggs. Oh course the third place game didn't matter. Apparently it did for the UND fighting Sioux.

Maybe the Sioux took Lucia's advice and decided the games that matter are in March and April.

I would listen to KFAN in the morning on Monday. I am sure that Tim and Swig will have something on a charter.

Thats tonight, nothing would be sweeter than UND beating dirty Eagles.

Honestly, I don't think there is all the much difference between the B.C. Eagles and the BU Terriers. BU beat B.C. twice this season. UND has played the best conpetition in the nation by being the WCHA. HEA is not where nears as strong as the WCHA. That being said I wouldn't be surprised to see UND win the the regional final, UND is playing great hockey and are being driven by emotion. Don't listen to they hype of the B.C. fans they are almost as obnoxious as UofM and UofW fans combined. A win gets UND another shot at the cocky team DU that has beaten them 4 games in a row.

There wasn't a 6th defensemen. I guess you could call Marvin the 6th defenseman.

I just hope B.C. is looking past the Sioux tomorrow night, looks like they gave up some goals with few shots against. I like our chances tomorrow night, since the start of the nice little run UND has played shut it down defense, keep the play on the boards and let Jordie see the shots. The ESPN announcers were pro BU as expected sounded kind of like listening to the Gopher announcers all Boston all the time, however, by the end of the game they were talking about how good UND's defense was. Now we know why BU didn't look to thrilled to be playing UND in the regional. Part one done, now its time to get the next game. One of my buddies told me UND hasn't lost a game when leading going into the third period. If true thats impressive. UND needs to stay out of the penatly box and stand up the Eagles at the blue line tomorrow night. Clog up the shooting lanes and get some 3-1, and 2-1s. I am hoping the same Schnider from WJC B.C. shows up tomorrow night because I wasn't all that impressed with him when he played here in January.

The future only look brigher for the UND Fighting Sioux. It looks like UND could be back to filling the back of the net again.
