Last weekend I attended a game in which the Avs came back from a four point deficit. They won 5-4. UND needs a full 60.

Thankyou 1972. It has been a few years, but not as long as I thought. I do think UND need to get back to winning at nationals though. I am hoping for at least 1 win this weekend.

When was the last year UND advanced past the first round of the National tournament? I feel there has been a long drought since UND won a single game at regionals.

I am curious. In the blog of Bubba getting an extention, alot of fans are saying he should not have been extended. Several people said that Bubba has not been able to win in the playoffs. Since UND hockey won the national title, how many times has the hockey team made it past the first round of the national tournament? I know it is comparing oranges and carrots, but if you can't win in the postseason. Is the hockey team doing much better than the football team? Is the head coach safe in hockey?

Will UND fans travel to support the team if they play back east?

As a second seed, what number 1 seed team would you want to face and what region.

Not counting this game as a loss yet. Plenty of time left.

Every team seems to have a team or two they struggle with throughout the year.

I do not understand how UND has been swept this year by CC. UND has some good wins and yet has been easily handled by CC. They are the last team UND wants to play in the postseason.

Does UND have a 3 point lead on Saint Cloud in standings or a 5 point lead? The NCHC and sioux sports pages have different numbers.

The first half of the year the powerplay was pretty bad. What has changed? On the radio, it sounds like the powerplay is alot better.

Difference between 9 point lead and a 3 point lead. Even overtime would be ok.

UND wins the season series with DU regardless of tomorrow's result. That is big for UND.

Is it a coaching problem?

A loss is a loss, but I am happy that someone pointed out that BU lost 2-8 earlier this year to them. It presents a totally different picture saying UND lost to a high school team, vs. UND and other top ranked teams have lost to them. It tells me that it wasn't just UND struggling. The U.S. under 18 team is good.

This is the first I am seeing anything about the game. It was said in the blog that 4 top players were absent. Who was missing?

We lost our last three games before Christmas break in OT. We may not win by 6, but I don't see why we don't win by 2 or 3.
