Well, here we go again! Another season is upon us. Looking forward to seeing the incoming freshmen. The Drive for 9 begins again.

How much of NDSU's defensive improvement was a result of the quality of opponent? I guess we'll find out next Saturday.

Too much bickering amongst ourselves after a big home win. This team remains a work in progress, but I am pleasantly surprised with the 4-1 start. Now the meat of the schedule begins.

If the defense was a little more consistent, it would be easier to put Jerry in at times like this.

It's better than last year. But we still have work to do in not giving up big plays and relaxing with a big lead.

The defense is 1000% better than last year, but it's still not high-end FCS level. Too many big plays in the air and on the ground.

We might have to exploit NDSU's run defense and outscore them.

I don't care what a "winner" their QB is, that was absolutely inexcusable.

Having a shut down line that can score would be awesome.

All we are doing is going round and round on the same issues. Time to focus on Murray State.
