  1. Grimaldi won Gold by himself. Lucia's kid or Gopher Reilly or Potulny had nothing to do with it. NDSU are criminals and to top it off Holy Cross is in town. One day. Awesome.
  2. Williams is a terrible tackler. Grest ball skills, average cover. Any NFL fan base would roast him.
  3. Crazy criminals. Today I witnessed kids who busted their tails another year for a chance to repeat. Derek Lang was literally in tears for a solid 15 minutes at the celebration just soaking it in. Ryan Smith and Andre Grothmann were dishing out hugs and autographs to kids...no words. So awesome to see.
  4. No please don't stop! We all know they are dangerous members of society.
  5. Right because they sure have had a tough time dealing with adversity the past 3 years.
  6. I know. Serious threats to society. I'll be wearing a flak jacket and packing heat for self defense. Good thing I don't need drugs.
  7. Should be a fun day, CM. Tailgating at 8. Hope I don't get shot in the face or robbed by a Bison player as they get off the bus at 9:30 for the team walk through.
  8. I'm in. But that's tough on your side for sure, which sucks.
  9. Good grief you guys. Congrats on the studs.
  10. And a good coach. #thomas #lennon Nothing wrong with opposing message boards. I'd rather come here than go on AGS. Except for the teams we root for we are all similar folks I would gather who would have a great time in a parking lot with a cooler together. Personally, I rarely puff the NDSU chest or rip UND when I'm here. That being said, If something off base is going to be thrown up on the wall I'm not going to be afraid to defend it. So... Bison fans are fairly split on Adams, not "chasing their tails like they've already lost them to us," as mentioned previously. In the end, it's a matter of resources - scholarships - versus need. Pipeline is thin at LB and CB for certain, good grief Esley Thornton is in the 2 deep at LB and he was backup QB going into camp and 2 LBs just transferred. OL is amongst the least of their future worries. So, that can be seen of as an "excuse", or it can be seen of as "reality" depending on who you root for I guess. In the end, he hasn't committed anywhere yet. And wherever is the best fit for him, as I said earlier...good luck to him, I will always pull for the local kids. I don't have the hatred for UND that most do and yes, I do enjoy following NDSU and the rest of FCS football throroughly. Have a happy holidays around these parts and best wishes on the recruiting trail.
  11. Apparently reading comprehension isn't one of your strong points. And here I thought UND fans NEVER went to any other teams message boards either. So you are normal.
  12. I looked back and the first year they had 13K with Delaware and EWU. They obviously weren't ready for us to tailgate as much (lack of porta potties) and eat as much during the game. I literally could've missed half a quarter waiting for nachos or a dog.
  13. Holy balls, a lot of hatred going on here. I love how a few people can post something on a message board and all the sudden the entire fanbase is saying it. If the kid wants to go to UND, so be it and best of luck.
  14. I really think it is a perfect place. Not a bad seat in the house even though it is setup for soccer. Urban area, lots of food, hotels, etc and just a quick drive into Dallas. Last year we checked out the JFK Museum, etc. Only wierd thing is that Dallas isn't exactly the most direct to get to for some reason. Get to MPLS and not quite as many direct flights from there to Dallas as one would expect, and we actually booked prior to the GSU game. Couple improvements I'm hoping to see from last year: 1. More porta potties in the lots. There were literally less than 5. Didn't work out real well. 2. Improved staffing in concessions. Don't think they were prepared to handle a full house.
  15. If you want an honest answer from an NDSU standpoint it is pretty split. Some say get after him...some say why if he has been to 2 schools already...some say NDSU waist deep on OL depth (which they are). Scholarships are real limited this year, so if UND throws the book at him and looking at the depth chart, in addition to his choice of Major and his girlfriend at UND (if those are true)...then I guess I don't see them as excuses those are life choices made by a kid.
  16. Thank you for not pulling the "excuse" card out and being legit in your answer.
  17. Yeah all us Bison fans are the same.
  18. Interesting recruit. His name has come up on Bville with many questions. How are you guys looking for Oline next season? NDSU will lose one senior but has one that was out this year due to injury to plug in and a couple big ND kids who are redshirting this year from last years class....sorry to bring up NDSU, but it's fair to compare situations from a competition standpoint IMO. Best of luck to the kid, always like to see the local kids succeed no matter where they go.
  19. I don't know if any of UNDs recievers would actually make the QB throw the ball better. I see plenty of open receivers during the games. Note: this is not a shot at UND receivers, I think you know what I'm getting at.
  20. Paul Cornick and Matt Veldman got cracks as Free Agents. Veldman got injured in pre-season for the year and they didn't give him full release so that's cool.
  21. On Bohl, I believe NDSU is having great success in the current recruiting class in Wisconsin.
  22. I don't know. My guess is SHSU scores 14-17. NDSU has only given up 3 TDs twice all season and I'm still not convinced their offense is better than GSU. Last year the crowd was 50/50, this time I expect about 70/30 NDSU with the early purchases. Its seems as though Vigen always pulls something out of his rear in big games as well, it's crazy. Edit: Personally, in all big games this year I've gone with the theory that if NDSU scores 24 they will win. I will stick with that. Now, the IF portion....
  23. Holy, major thread drift. One thing that Jensen doesn't get a lot of credit for is his ability to make plays running the ball. He doesn't have the "look" I suppose of a running QB, but there are times the past two seasons where he has been a major contributor there. Vigen and Bohl basically said he was getting the ball no matter what on the big 4th down play...and if you watch the replay he basically started lower his shoulder to bring it on at the 4 yard line. I'm looking for one huge play from Marcus Williams in Frisco. He has to make up for this past weekend, possibly his worst as a Bison returning and defensively.
  24. You mad. I was hoping he would stay local. Looks like a great athlete.
